Pentacles/pentagrams

...Most people think pentacles are only evil and got something to do with satanism. They are quite right, but on the other hand, it is wiccan symbol also, which doesn't mean to harm anyone. But how it got 2 meanings? I have no idea on that, just wonder and think that am i actually evil if I draw one or 2? Or do they just misunderstand it like always or overreact on it? What you guys think from pentacles (or pentagrams, however you like it)?

If you draw a pantagram, the skies will part, and god will come cast you to the depths of hell. Why do you think there haven't been many miricles lately? Lots of people draw pentagrams, making god pretty damn busy.

We made a giant pentagram next to the railroad tracks one day. Took the rocks from the tracks and built away. Eventually we put an old Christmas tree in the middle of it and then put the beer bottles that were lying next to the tracks on the tree as ornaments.

This was entertaining at 15. Somehow.

It was next to a 55+ mobile home park. :3

Dug hole for myself? I don't think so.. :P

I have drawn couple pentacles within couple days and nothing hasn't happened to me. So... according to Tyler, i might be already in hell Smile

But still live in paradise.

Anyways, i don't see anything wrong with pentacle if it is drawn upwords (those are what i actually draw) like wiccan people do. But if it is upside down, it somehow bothers me, dunno why.

It's the same as the swastika. It's used all over the place as a religious symbol.
I have never seriously associated the pentacle with "satan"...I just think it looks cool. Rolling eyes

I forget which, but one of the south asian countries used the reverse of it as a religious symbol. I just remember 'cause this one kid was running around school using it and he got in a lot of s**t for it. He explained to the authorities that it was a rligious symbol when backwards, but he got in a lot of s**t anyway. Laughing

I wouldn't doubt it, but I suppose you're correct in saying that it's not a swastika at all. Of course, it's not as if most people can tell the difference. :/
