Oekaki.. You know, I'm not really sure about the exact definition, but it's pretty much drawing in primitive programs such as MSPaint. There's also online Oekaki applets and oekaki boards. Paint is the "lowest" tech. Others have a few filter abilities and such.

I think in order for it to be truly oekaki, it's it's done on a type of online painting software. There's lots of sites that have oekaki boards. It's not oekaki if you just do something in ms paint.

Oekaki generally has basic layers/transparency support as well, something MS Paint lacks.

oekaki is an sorta online paint, but it has better tools and is less pixated as paint. Very Happy

Yeah, I've always thought that oekaki was an online thing. At least every oekaki thing I've used/been part of has been.
