What I'm going to do is show stereotypers how wrong they are thinking. For I'm tired of all the people who stereotype others. You will now read about the real types of the following cliques, not the common way they're looked at type.

EDIT: If you don't like what's here, don't say anything, and this is meant to get people out of the stereotyper mindset.

Goths
A typical non knowledgable person would say all goths do is sit around being whiny, wear black everything and listen to music of someone crying.
WRONG!
Goths, though though wearing all black, they usually tend to be nice people, and listen to regular rock, and metal. Sometimes they can be looking gothic and only be doing it because they like the style. This can also go for metalheads/headbangers for the music part.

Preps (Jocks, cheerleaders, and those who wear Abercromie, Aeropostale, and polo, etc.)
One would say they're all idiotic jerks, especially those muscle headed jocks. They all think they're better than everyone else.
WRONG AGAIN!
Jocks can be very short tempered if they're on something (I've seen it happen), but the preps usually like to have a good time, and like to be well known. They just sometimes tend to look for something they don't like in someone, if they feel uncomfortable towards that person.

Emo(tional)
Once again a person would say that all they do is cut themselves, are always depressed and crave attention.
You're only half right.
Emo is the perfix to emotional, so technically they can be depressed for some reason of something happening or that happened in their life, and the reason they might crave attention is because they don't want to be depressed. Some can be in it just for the style like some goths. They also have a good taste in music, but it depends on how how you like it.

The next few have a little stereotyping.

Gays
They are only stereotyped for how they act, but love is love, and that shouldn't be a reason for just being stereotyped.

"Gangstas"
Not very stereotyped except for rap jokes, and their looks, and what they do, but they are people who like saying poetry which becomes the rap, and they like the "bling."

Regulars (One who wears a pair of jeans usually, and some shirt)
Regulars are just your average everyday person, though might be stereotyped for their averageness.

Skaters (That also includes rollerskating/blading)
Regulars are just your average everyday person, though might be stereotyped for their averageness.
Skaters might be stereotyped for their liking of tricks on skateboards, they usually like to have a good time.

Stereotyping is the worst and dumbest thing you can do to someone for it is offensive, asinine, and just plain unintelligent. At least now you have a better idea of how to look at the world.

Look, teenagers are fucking simple. There is no complexity to the average teen. They're depressed, sad, angry, for simple s**t.

Just social issues. The Columbine kids shot up the school because no one really gave a f**k about them and didn't pay much attention to them.

Teens need attention to feel important, because truly they aren't. So they got a lot of crazy s**t to make themselves stand out. Far out styles and music and whatever.

Yeah, there you go. Start saying that. Replace whatever it is you try so hard to be with "dumbass." Because you are.

Then you won't have to try to be anything. You're already a dumbass. It's pretty easy to be one. Then you can focus on NOT being a dumbass.

Then you'll be a person.

I wasn't talking about teens. I was talking about stereotyping others. And it includes those who have already graduated school and can be in their 20's or what have you. Besides, you're stereotyping teens right now.
