I just figured I'd ask... I've never actually played the games, or watched the previous movie, but I thought it looked interesting. I also thought about picking up one or two of the games... I don't know. But what are all-a-ya'll's thought's about this? :huh:

Seen it several months ago - dreading the wankers that'll voice it in america, but the film itself is amazing.

You need to play FF VII the game if you want to actually understand what is goin on, and even then its confusing.

The fight scenes in it are actually better than the story though, well I thought

Hiya, Jess!! Wow, you got a custom name*salutes*. Yeah, it's been a long time. I've been busy studying for my finals. After the exams my cousin from Manila visited us so I kinda spent a lot of my time with him. And since it's Lent, I decided to give up talkng to my favorite people in FAC for a while. Holy Week's not over yet. It's still holy Thursday in our part of the world. Thankfully, my dad permitted me to browse the Intenet, starting today. And I'll get to eat meat again on Easter Sunday!!! Yay!!!

Back to the topic.

Boy, Jess, you'd lose an even bigger fraction of your life if you don't go see it. For the Cloud fan that you are, you should watch it as soon as possible.

I can barely stand to wait two more weeks until it comes out here. Sad

I'd say I'd probably lose about 1/4 of my life if I didn't get to see it. XD

The graphics were absolutely breathtaking, but I found that the storyline was another typical SE FF invention - mediocre all around.

Plus, they ruined One-Winged Angel.

Damn, I thought One Winged Angel was pretty good Sad

The Stotryline was a bit weird though. Most of the movie is fighting which is good, ever battle almost leads into another battle straight away. Smile

One Winged Angel wasn't bad at all. The fight sequences were the best ever. I couldn't stop myself from watching them again and again, and again...

The movie is amazing, though. Personally, I loved their change of One Winged Angel. It made Sephiroth that much more of a badass insane....thing.... W00t!

This thread makes me want to watch it again....

I'm just wondering... Does anyone know if it's rated for action only, or if they've added a bunch of swearing, and junk? I would really like to pick it up, but I'd like to know if it's worth my money.

I haven't heard much about swearing except for one thing which was actually quite funny. I won't spoil it, though.
You'd think with Barret and Cid in there that there would be a bit of swearing...

Unless the english version decided to add some things to boost the translation, no. There will be 5 curse words MAX. I don't remember much of any swearing at all.
