Nope. I think Leonardo Decaprio is a horrible actor...the sadness of that movie was lost on me. Bawling with laughter? Why yes, that's acceptable.
Lion King.
Gladiator.
The Butterfly Effect.
Bambi ;_;,
Romeo and Juliet
Moulin Rouge
Green Mile
The Matrix Revolutions

You know, the classics.
The Butterfly Effect was weird!
Forgot his name kept going back in time!
Bet the part you're talking about is when either
1. They put the dynamite (or whatever it was) in the mailbox and the baby opens it.
or
2. When the dog is killed.

Hotel Rwanda made me cry when the woman was telling Paul about the orphans.

that was really sad to me.

Hotel Rwanda
I've never cried during a movie, and Hotel Rwanda gave me enough reason to so that it was the first time I ever did so. Damn it all!

The Last Samurai
It was a nice movie that I nearly cried at, at the end. I can't believe he survived that shot to the chest.

I rarely cry at movie, but there are a few exceptions:

My Girl (the funeral scene)
The Elephant Man
It's a Wonderful Life (the part where he almost jumps)
Beauty and the Beast (when Belle thinks the beast is dead and she's crying)
The Misfits

Think there was one I ACCTUALLY CRIED in and no it isn't the Butterfly Effect I didn't cry in that.

Think it was John Q or something like that.

The kid plays a baseball game.
The kid has a bad heart problem.
The family gets to the hospital
The father donates his heart to his son.

Think thats how it went.
Beauty and the Beast (when Belle thinks the beast is dead and she's crying)
 see it as a school play/ broadway version it's so much better...

For me:

The Phantom Of The Opera- I'm seeing the broadway version soon, but the one part in movie when Eric sings to christine "Christine I love you" and she gives the ring back to him.........

Just Like Heaven- When after Mark Ruffalo (Cant remember the characters name in this movie) gives the unconcious body of Reese Witherspoon CPR then she wakes up and doesnt know who he is Sad

The Lion King- The most notorious tear jerking scene is the one most mentioned "Papa, papa wake up wake up" Sad

Finding Neverland- Pretty much the ending scenes in the movies (Johnny Depp sitting in the park bench next to peter and peter cries in his arms)

Corpse Bride Ending where emily turns into butterflies

Mrs. Doubtfire- Part where Robbin Williams is denied custody of his kids after making this really sad speech

Cold Mountian- The scene where her vision of her boyfrined walking forward comes true and he collapses when all of these birds fly away

StarWars Episode:1- I dont care who you are if you've watched the entire movie you are almost obliged to cry when Obi-wans master Qui-Gon dies from Darth Mauls cheapshot blow

I can't think of any movies 'cause I tend to find dramas ghey and watch comedies.

Television-wise, though, the finale episode of six feet under killed me. Nothing in the show was sad except the last four minutes with the montage of them all getting old and dying as Claire drives to NYC. guh. Especially david and keith, being that david is the only person I remotely liked.

While real life leaves me more or less unaffected, I inherited my my mom's ability to cry at the drop of a hat during movies.

The movie Paulie (yeah, the one about the parrot) gets me pretty bad. When the father takes Paulie away from the little girl... when the old lady he was living with dies... when the scientist betrays him and locks him away in the basement... and at the end, when he finally finds the girl and doesn't believe it's her because she's grown up.... Yeah. It's one of those waterworks movies for me.... probably just because I'm extra sentimental about parroty birds.

I haven't watched it for a long time, but the end of Homeward Bound when they think the Golden Retriever is dead but he comes limping home always got me when I was a kid.

I have no idea why, but then end of Spirited Away, when Haku turns into a dragon gets me maybe half the times I watch it.

The ending of Big Fish gets me ALL the TIME.

I saw The Green Mile this weekend and this was like the first movie where I actually sobbed durring a movie. Not just like a single tear or misty eyes, like big, choking sobs of tears. God, that movie like ripped my heart out at the end where the big black guy says "Don't put the hood on me. I'm afraid of the dark." I lost it after he said that.

And there was like another scene too in the middle of the movie that made me cry. The one where that guy with the mouse burned to death. It was such a brutal way to die and he was almost like innocent and nice. I hated to see him die. :(

Oh and I finally did find a scene in Pearl Harbor that gets me misty eyed at least. The scene where Red is looking at his fiance's casket and sobbing got to me. Maybe it had to do with the fact that my boyfriend was hugging me durring that scene and we just looked at each other like we both felt really sad.

Where to begin? o.o I'll cry at anything, really...

Mr. Holland's Opus

Simply because his son was deaf.

Memoirs of a Geisha

I felt bad for Sayuri. Hatsumomo was a real bitch.

Hells yeah. That was sad. Plus she had to do the nasty with Dr. Crab.

Beauty and the Beast always makes me cry a little bit.

I've shed a few tears during Finding Neverland too. Sad

I forgot to mention Sad

Old Yeller- Everyone knows the sad part in this movie, where the boy has to kill his dog.

Steel Magnolias- Beleive it or not ladies and gentlemen I have in fact seen this movie (Been awhile though) but I guess it would be when Julia Roberts dies.

The Family Man- First of all this is flat-out one of my top ten most favorite movies of all time. The saddest part; there is two actually, when Nicholas Cage tries his best to stay awake, but falls asleep and when he goes to the airport and tells his old girlfriend about his dreams.

I think I finally thought of one. Surprised

The ending of Hedwig and the Angry Inch...not the very end with the Midnight Radio performance, but right before it with Hedwig's Lament and then the confrontation between Hedwig and Tommy with Tommy's version of Wicked Little Town. So sad. So pretty.

I don't remember if I actually cried at any point, but probably as close as ever.

forgive me for I did not know
cause I was just a boy, you were so much more
than any god could ever plan
more than a woman or a man
and now I understand how much I took from you
and when everything starts breaking down
you take the pieces off the ground
and show this wicked town something beautiful and new
you think that luck has left you there
well maybe there's nothing up in the sky but air
and there's no mystical design
no cosmic lover preassigned
there's nothing you can find that cannot be found
cause with all the changes you've been through
it seems the stranger's always you
alone again in some new wicked little town

One movie that I don't think has been mentioned yet is Empire of the Sun. That movie... the first time I saw it made me cry like a little baby. It had what you could call a happy ending... I think... but it was so good. You guys might like it. I dunno.
