Animal Crossing on the GameCube was very addicting for me. I liked it so much because it was like the Sims, only without having to care for your character (bathroom, eating, ect.) But unfortunatly I don't own a DS so I can't purchase the new Animal Crossing. Although my mom is about halfway tempted to buy a DS just so she can play AC again. I think she played that game more than I did.

i alrerady have nookingtones on my AC, its right good because there are them kids on the top floor!
i never had AC for the cube, my mates said it was crap, but wild world is great!

I have Animal Crossing for my Gamecube. For like a 2 month span it was the only game I played. It's really really addicting! what's the DS game like? I might get a Ds for my birthday.

The DS game is wicked!! I got it on friday. I've never played the gc version even though I have a gc.
You have to pay the mortgage so that your house can be expanded, make money to buy, buy, BUY!!!! Lol. You make friends with the people that live in your village and invite them round, annnnnd you can use your wi-fi to connect with other people and visit their village!! How cool is that!!!
I absolutley LOVE ANIMAL CROSSING ON DS!!!!!

I've got Animal Crossing, and I agree with all of you that it's brilliant, but I haven't got any mates who have it too, so I can't connect. Also, I never played it on GC, was it better or worse, could someone say.
