Pretty sure Sonic 2 was out before Sonic CD, and that had metal Sonic in it.

hmmm...I dont remember...i still have my Sega Genisus so i'll find out and get back to ya...are u sure he appreared in Sonic 2?

anywho i juss thought it was a more eye catching and more enjoyable game.

I've only played Shadow the Hedgehog. No wait I have played the very first Sonic games but I don't remember much about them.

letz see...Ive played all of the above who have been on mega colection or gems, SA2B, DX, heroes, Shadow the hedgehog, and sonic riders,(wich I cannot seem to find on this list!) hey, id sonic fighters on this list? I'm to lazy to look for myself, But that game kicks ass. But the best is definitely SA2B. Chao rock!

I like Sonic Heros quite a bit, and the main theme tune for it was I thought, quite cool.

I liked the Music for Sonic heroes too, my favorite one was Metal Sonics theme (What im Made of) Its kick ass ::bit of a Metal sonic fettish:: haha.. I relize that I missed afew of the games when posting this, buh oh well. And to the person who wants to kill me
