I thought that music when you fight Hades (FFIX of course) was good too. Was that 'Hunter's Chance'? I still prefer 'Dark Messenger', though...  |

Here are some good battle musics i've heard:
Fighting against Ganondorf (Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina of Time)
Fighting against some monster with Fou Lu (Breath of Fire IV)
Fighting against Fou Lu's dragons at the end of game (Breath of Fire IV)
Fighting against Bowser (Super Mario 64)

Fighting the Minotaur in God of War. An amazing track.
But if you consider it a boss battle (it's EXTREMELY difficult), there's a level where you've gotta kill a load of harpies and archers in a room where the walls crush you and the floor moves. That has some awesome music too.

Yeah, I guess that music is alright... I prefered the 'Minotaur Boss Battle', though..
Anyway, like I said, I have to say 'Dark Messenger' is my all-time favourite. |
