Yeah, so I got a stomach ache and decided to make a thread about food. I'm so logical. :woot:
Anyways, I just wanted to find out what was the weirdest thing you've ate? Whether you eat it regularly and enjoy or it was a one-time-only deal because you lost a bet, share your food horror stories here.
I just ate like a turkey, ham, salami, cheese and cucumber sandwhich (with a lot of spicy mustard) and I'm totally regretting it. I mean, why the hell did I use cucumber slices?
'Kay, I gotta go throw up now. _________________ Vaccum cleaners may look fun, but are deadly sex toys. as are certain vegetables like, terri schiavo -Powtaz |

You know...that actually sounds good right now.

Learn from my mistake, the cucumber doesn't give the sandwhich a nice crisp like lettuce or tomatos do. It overpowers the cheese and turkey. Plus, I'm like really nauseous and I think something about that sandwhich had something to do with it.
But use tomatos if you have some. _________________ Vaccum cleaners may look fun, but are deadly sex toys. as are certain vegetables like, terri schiavo -Powtaz |

I ate a dog biscuit once.
And a pine needle.
The worst thing I ate was sugar, melted butter, and garlic powder mixed together into a paste. I was gagging for five minutes after that. :x |

Ucky. That doesn't sound fun. Umm...how?

Maybe. I personally am a cucumber fan, so I might be reluctant to blame that vegtable, but I can see how it caused trouble.
Hmm...A bad food for me? Dog food. That wasn't fun. _________________ What does it all MEAN? |

No, it was my own stupid mistake.
My mom had just finished making garlic bread, and there was some leftover melted butter in a measuring cup. Like the idiot that I am, I decided to put sugar in it and eat it. Normally that would be yummy. But little did I know that it was garlic butter.
Never again. |

Hahaha. Wait until she's baking something safe like cookies or brownies. Can't really mess those up with sugar.
I remember having to drink lukewarm water shots durring a game I played at some party. That was pretty gross. I mean, it didn't really bother me at first but after a while, I started to get like this stomach ache plus a need to piss and crap my pants. It was like every open hole in me needed to purge after 20 shots of that water. _________________ Vaccum cleaners may look fun, but are deadly sex toys. as are certain vegetables like, terri schiavo -Powtaz |

A clove of garlic and a bottle of coke.
Well, not really that strange, but a really bad combination. |

I gotta say, the weirdest thing I ate was a mosquito that unfortunately found it's way into my slushie.
Now don't go thinking that this was just a normal mosquito.
: D Mosquitos, if not for their six-legged-ness, could easily be mistaken for a bird 'round here.
It was scary. But it didn't taste too bad, just a little shocking. |

Silk worms barbecued in teriyaki sauce skewered in toothpicks as if it was a kebob.
I liked it. _________________ "Sarah's future makes me sad." - Benk |

not unfamiliar with eating strange stuff, they ARE still food, still comprised of nutrients like everything that walks and grows from this planet.
I also had some gourmet fried grasshoppers, served in a wedding buffet.
yum.
I might have had some cats, or it was some other small mammal, I'll check back. _________________ "Sarah's future makes me sad." - Benk |

If it's mammal, please for the love of god make it a toy dog like a pomaranian or something.
Or a rabbit.
Okay...so maybe insects CAN be food, but...eh. _________________ What does it all MEAN? |

Lobsters and Crabs are closer to insects than they are to fish. Just because it is big as a fish, doesn't make them one.

It sounds quite disgusting, and looks quite disgusting too, although, I've eaten ground fish, with sugar and unflavored jello all packed up in a little ball of goodness and boiled to perfection....

Japanese pizza. Squid toppings etcetera.
I was offered some pizza and had many different types to choose from, when I spotted what I thought would be a Cheese pizza.
So I took a nice sizeable slice and sunk my teeth into it...at that point realizing that the cheese was actually mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes on a pizza??? |

I ate mealworms at a museum once and they were okay. I've also eated chocolate-covered grasshoppers for a school project. _________________ |
