Well, that site often uses a more japanese way of translating-I've noticed that reading Saiyuki as well. Yes, I know it's a bit odd, but hey, at least you get to read it, right? ^_^ I haven't seen the anime either . .. is there an anime? :huh: Ah, weel. I've been concentrating more on Tsubasa. I love that! And I hate Seishiro, who just made another appearence in it . .. what a jerk. . . . .

I can't say i'm a fan of clamp really that much. One reason i was surprised about this one. The artwork i think is far better than alot of the others that are clamp related. But above all, the story line and characters are a bit dealible for me personally. Not that they don't annoy me in some ways but not enough to keep me from finishing it.

The nudity doesn't bother me. I personally don't have a problem with any nudity in any kind of entertainment, even purely sexual, as long as it plays along to the story in one way or another rather than just to please people and draw in fans. Chobits was good enough about it, although painfully obvious a bit much and purposely perverted in parts (chi's on button being her privates? mhmm) So yeah, alright. nothing to amazing.

Side note: i'm happy to see a subject of mine still alive Surprised

technically i'm not a fan of chobits.....i'm not a fan of perertedness (assuming there's such a word Razz

)...To be honest, the only thing about CLAMP, appealed to me was Card Captor Sakura & Tsubasa Chronicles (which i haven't seen yet but plan to see)...

I read all the books and I like how they made Chi super cute.(big eyes get to me)

But I couldn't stand the tiny robots (definately the one who did workout exercises)

Yes, Chi is very super cute.
The tiny robots arent that bad. I have a friend (anime-junkie) who thinks that Plum is the most absolute cutest persocom.
When they went from manga to anime did Chi's hair get a few shades blonder? :huh:

Chobits is cute. I haven't read any manga 'cause they're not cheap here. I'd rather watch them on TV Razz

. Actually I wouldn't have started watching it if it weren't for my sister. She likes it so much coz it's cute and everything. I had to live up with her watching it till soon enough I found it adorable. I'm not much into those tiny robots too but I still think they're cute..Oh, and I don't think that the site mentioned here is bad. I started reading just now. Thanks!! Very Happy

I hated Chobits. So many people said it was sooo great, so I decided to watch it. At about episode 12 I realized if I wanted to see the same thing, I could go to a fuckin' daycare center and watch kids be raised. And as for the, OH BUT CHII IS HAWT arguement, f**k this, I can just get hentai off the internets.

Though in defense of the manga, some of the art for it is very high quality; I'm under the impression that half of the fans only like the series for the pencil boards and clear posters. :B

To get off that subject . . . yeah, I think Chobits [i][b][u]is [/u][/b][/i]rather perverted. One of the reasons I'm not reading the rest of what I haven't read yet online. I mean, its story isn't too bad, but it needs to get more away from sexual stuff. That irritates me. . . . .

However, the art [u][i][b]is [/b][/i][/u]beautiful. Clamp [u][i][b]always [/b][/i][/u]has beautiful artwork. One of the reasons I like them is that . . . and thier massively tortured characters. Look at X/1999, Tokyo Babylon, and Tsubasa! XD Chobits isn't sooo bad, but I still feel sorry for people.[/color]
