strange this topic comes to my mind when I got gym tomorrow and we got running on the program lol

The subject of the topic here is are you good at running? Better at endurance or sprint?

to break to ice, I'm not that bad I guess.
76 lenghts in 8 mins as my record (and probably the class record too)
I got a friend who did less than me (let's say she could be in a lil better shape but anyways) and when she was done, she fainted.
At least she came back to her quickly but it's scary when a close friend says that to you.

Anyone has an interesting story or just feels about talking about their running scores or whatever is related to it?

Sprint. When I was on swim team I could easily run three miles no sweat, but since then my endurance has left for Hawaii. Sad Now I can only sprint.

...I bike ten miles each day, and this has done wonders for my slow-twitch muscles and fast-twitch...meaning my reflexes are faster and thus my running. I'm not the swiftest, but I do well. Smile

Erm, I would guess that my running skills are moderate, to say the least. I'm pathetic D: The best I can run is two miles before I have to start walking a lot. But I have a slight disadvandantage when running in Cross Country. My chest is indented slightly, and this hampers my breathing ability, meaning I can't get oxygen as easily as other people can. Though, I do pretty well. ^^

I'm not a fatty either. Grr!

Nor am I.

Running isn't my thing. It's fun and everything, though, when you're doing the following:

T.Ping and almost getting caught.

Playing Fugitive. :)

Playing REAL Hide-and-Go-Seek.

That is all.

I s'pose I do both, endurance and sprint. I've done cross-country before, wasn't that great at it, conking out at 13 miles, 2 from the finish, but for my age it was pretty good.

I won a bronze in the sprint in the "Borough sports" held for schools across the borough of waltham forest.

In our school they make you do baton races. None of the girls could run. Just power-walking round the track. ^_^

What the Frag are you talking about?Every normal healthy human beings can run no matter how fast, slow fat or thin, strong or weak they are, unless you broken, sprained or lost your leg.But still, you don't really need to be atheletic to run.Running is a basic instinct of every land lubbers on earth.

Ever heard of the phrase,Run away!

I enjoy running : it's a good way to keep fresh. I run about 3 times a week but now I don't live at my parent's house, I don't have time to do it so instead of I do steps.
