Traced Pictures?!

Ok, this REALLY bothers me when someone does this, and I looked at the FAQ page, and it says stolen image, but if someone just traced the image and calls it their own.. is that considered stolen?

A good sign that someone traced is that their actual sketching skill far outranks their coloring skill, and the lines are shaky but if their talent was actually as it was they wouldn't be . . . .

So yeah, both those things are in this picture. You'd think people would be smarter than TRACING :huh:
