Aagghhh!!

Okay. I've never EVER before posted on the forums, I never even acknowledged them before, but now that the site has had a change. I desperately need to vent [ i guess you would call it that].

I check my e-mail like a whore, but today I was reading a person's blog and I got caught up on it. So I didn't check my e-mail until about TWO MINUTES AGO. All of my messages are saying things like "blahblahblah has uploaded a new picture". So I click on the link and I freat out. Since I obviously don't ever EVER go on the forums, I had no clue FAC was planning to change. D8

I suppose this is a better layout for an art site in general, but I favoured the old simple one, even though I had no clue when people uploaded stuff. I rarely ever checked anyway.

But nyegh. >_@ This is going to take a veeery long time to get used to. Considering that I only go on FAC to eather read yaoi or when I get comments....

I'm done now. [Okay. The forums are making me angry because they reminds me too much of Gaiaonline. D:< ]

We're still tweaking it a bit, but when you get access to your profile, you'll get an option of turning off the email stuffs, along with other things.

I'm not too crazy about the layout either. I geuss I might get used to it...everything's so hard to see and to find! None of the pictures will load. I'm ticked. And the emoticons are gay. I miss the PH34R one.

This is a process of trial and error and we're taking into consideration every stupid little complaint you guys can think of. Suprisingly, most of the problems people have is with the emoticons which is the least of the trouble so far considering the hardware problems and technical errors that keep creeping up. You do realise Denis was up for like 30 hours staring at his screen fixing all the errors in the css and stuff as they crept up?

We've been working on the colours for the layout and the layout in general for over a year and trust us when we say it's good. You may not like it at first but it'll grow on you.

And I went to Gaiaonline's forums last night... they're all white.

The other graphics on these pages will give the forum some needed contrast.. and.. I don't know why the background colour has changed cause that suited the colour of the top image buuut whatever...

Get used to it. Fast.

I agree. I like what was done to fix it overall, but I think I liked the forum background to be darker. Offers a bit more contrast to actual posts; right now it's pretty much the same colour as the posts and it looks a little bland. :X

ETA: Gaia's forums is poison to the soul. Or maybe just its denizens. Either way, I don't like going there. FAC is much better. :X
