I'm sorry if this has been asked before, or if it's answered in some FAQ or Help guide somewhere.
I don't understand this "Skill Level" thing when you upload or edit pictures. There's "Beginner", "Intermediate", and "Advanced" settings. What do they mean? What do they do?
Thank you for any assistance. |

I'm not sure if I like that setting since it seems very subjective to me... Basically, it's a filter for people to find really nice pictures, or average skilled drawings, etc.., I assume.
I guess basically if it's something small or quick or if you've been toying with new software or something, that would go into the low-level category, and something with more time (a lot more time, some people have been known to spend several, several hours on one picture - for example, take a look at jhonenfreak's gallery) would go into the advanced setting. I guess a hitch to the advanced setting is that you have to consider if other people would view it as "advanced", too. I suppose something professional-looking would be the choice.
Sorry I can't help too much. :S

That's what I wonder about. It's all based on people's opinion of themselves. Maybe some folk will end up being too modest/egotistic. |

Exactly. Subjective. I know for sure I wouldn't touch the 'Advanced' setting with any length of pole. |

IS IT a filter?
Oh man. I've been labeling mine as Beginner, because I don't wanna sound egotistical. |

Yeah... with that setting you just had to think about how much effort you put into the pic, not do the soul searching it takes to determine your SKILLS OF AN ARTIST |

I know I do. Does Strata draw his dragons starting with an S, then a more different S? |

I don't know about that, but his Vs aren't very consummate. 8D |

I do use consummate V's (and U's), particularly with that dragon of Ice... they were just really small, and numbering in the hundreds. |
