School is out for the summer. Yay?

Yeah, today was my last day at school. Now it's summer break. But I didn't really want to get out of school.

Oh well. Next year I'm going to be a junior. Only two years left. Smile

Wait., Hikari, your summer break doesn't start until July? When do you have to go back to school? That's insane that you have to go to school in June.

I just finsihed my junior year. Never again . . . that year was NOT fun. My summer vacation starts in two days, and I can't wait.

My summer vacation started a month ago. I get to spend it operating a switchboard and putting numbers into a computer to make sure people get their paycheques... JOY!

Naw, I am having fun though.... Going out drinking and riding my bike a lot and the like.

I'm gonna spend summer doing . . . nothing. Well, hopefully I'll be taking German language lessons and learning Tagalog from a friend and going out west to take lots of pictures.

Other than that, nothing.

I can believe it. When I was in school, every year summer vacation would begin June 28.
But don't forget, people who get out earlier go back to school earlier.

we have a little thing at my school called "Fun day". It's the day before finals start. On "Fun day" the WHOLE GODDAMN SCHOOL sits in a FREAKING HOT auditorium for 4 hours whilst awards are...awarded (perfect attendance and shit like that) after all the awards we have a cook out and we are free to do what ever we want outside on the football field. Me and my buddies usuallt hide under the bleachers and play DnD (we's nerds)

Anybody else do anything like that?

I slept during my award ceremony. We have an actual air conditioned theater, though. A little too much air conditioned for my taste, but once I fell alseep I stopped caring.

Getting out earlier isn't any better.. It means he/she started school earlier, too. I get out on the.. 22nd. Next year's the last year before college.. Graah..

I miss being in elementary school where we spent the last few weeks of school not doing anything. Now it's just a frenzied cram time for final exams, APs, and SAT IIs. :x

I have two weeks left, and the last week is only a partial week. But I go have t og oto the awards seramony and the 8TH grade graduation. Why do 7Th graders have to go goddamnit!?

I'm a studying like a madman for my French Final. French makes me ANGRY. I also have to study for my math one. That one's going to be a bitch. Oh wells. Only one more year of highschool left pour moi. Then it's off to college. Junior year really sucked.
