Heck, [i]I[/i] knew last year. This isn't exactly news. More like olds, really.
However, I'm confused as to whether or not there'll be any more sequels. I remember hearing that Dunst and...dammit, whatever Peter Parker's actor's name is...well, I heard a while ago that they wouldn't want to do another film. Makes sense, really. Take a particular role too much, and you become typecast.

The movies supposed to have venom, sandman and two other villains. I've also heard that there's sposed to be 6 spiderman movies and i know for sure there's gonna be a spiderman 4

Apparently Toby mcGuire's gonna finish soon. There was an old interview where he said he'd get sick of it if the series ran on for like 5 films.
