We're officially gonna make our break onto the local music scene.

I'm quite excited. We have about 9 songs for these shows and we've been practicing everything vigorously. From what we can tell, we're a metal/hard rock/alternative outfit.

We're psyched, as you may guess. It's a small bar venue, but it has an annual Battle of the Bands that we'll be rockin' sometime in March.

A friend in a local band helped us out here. He has a great reputation, and his father is probably the best bass player in the country. No lie. When he's almost dead-on-his-feet tired, he blows away Jaco.

We rock this place hard enough, we can find ourselves in bigger venues within a year.

So, itt, discuss local bands you think have talent. I know y'all have 'em. |

Vains of Jenna have wandered over to LA but don't really count anymore. Touring the east coast now. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

I'm going to a local show with Battleground Road(the band that's helped us) and Handgun Sonata.

Handgun's a...I guess...alternative/metal/screamo outfit. They have some utter crap stuff, but they also have some really nice stuff too.

Usually the nice stuff is more alternative/metal. |
