Wow, this new Sonic game for X-Box and PS3 looks really good, but out of the happy, bright and technicolored look of the old Sonic games. It looks so dark and everything is destroyed in the backgrounds. Hmm, the princess reminds me of FFX...

I personally like the new style they rendered the characters in, rather than the way they looked in Sonic Riders and etc.

And yet another character? Silver? Why must they all be hedgehoge-based? Ah well, telepathic powers and glowing albino-ness, mmkay. I'm fine with it, but I doubt I'd ever get those expensive game consoles until, like, 5 years later when they're cheaper...D:

As for Silver, well, there are a lot of new characters popping up outta nowhere. Jet, Wave and Storm were three new characters introduced in Riders. Yet, they've got all these older characters like Mighty the Armadillo, Bark the Polarbear and Fang the Sniper/Nack the Weasel as well as Tikal the Echidna that were only in one or two games and then completely scrapped.

I've never played Sonic Riders, so I don't really know if I like Wave and Co. From Sonic Adventures, I like Tikal and I wish they'd put her back in, because, right now, I see that Knuckles is the only Echidna and 3 hedgehogs might be too crowded for me.

Yes, I did like Tikal, she was quite a brave Echidna turning against her tribe like that. Unfortuneatly, Tikal only exists as a spirit now. After all, Knuckles is supposed to be the only one left of his species. *shrugs*

And I don't know why they're doing so many hedgehogs, they might be going a bit overboard, but Silver's a cool char, But I'm still sticking to Shadow ^^

yeah they should bring back a lot of the old characters that were in most of the beginning games. With the new game it looks like a hardcore game to play and adding silver will make it all the more tougher.

Anyway, I have to agree about bringing back old characters, Id love to see appearances from characters like Mighty, Tikal and maybe even Ray whove been used maybe once or twice and then scrapped for all of eternity. Those poor characters. Sad

Yeah probably, I like the next generation of Sonic, but I think that they should do less hedgehogs, I mean, what's next? Silver stays in the past, and yet another hedgehog comes? I mean, now that Silver's here there are 4 hedgehogs

yeah thats may be true. Hard to imagine what the next character would be. Still I like the new look and cherish the old at the same time.
