My deck looks like it was made mostly to throw Jinzo out onto the field as soon as possible. :O Witch of the Black Forest, how I love thee~ And in the case that Jinzo fails, I just pimp out Gravity Bind and my Hayabusa Knight. 8D

lololol Not the best deck ever, but when you have to share your pool of cards with a sibling... D; OH WELL. 8D

My brother is getting better (and it only took him how many years? ^.^) so I actually am having to use some strategy now. Mystical Space Typhoon still takes center stage, with some De-Spells and Remove Traps to back it up...but then, for the rest, it's still just everything I think is cute, gorgeous, cool, or hot. It just has to be a little bit stronger now.

My favorite trick? Play Cat's Ear Tribe and Sogen. Cat's Ear Tribe reduces the attack of any monster that attacks it to 200. Sogen raises the attack of all Beast-Warrior cards by 200. Cat's Ear Tribe has 200 attack. Play Sogen (or any boosting card that will affect the CET, really) and you have a monster that CANNOT be killed by ANY OTHER MONSTER. And it's a trio of cute little kitties with daggers. Victory does not get any sweeter than pulverizing a Blue Eyes with a trio of cute little kitties with daggers ^.^

But, just on the off-chance that I need the big guns, I have two Dark Paladins. Hot, major-powerful, AND gets extra attack for every single dragon on the field or in any graveyard. Suddenly Luster Dragon #2 just gained a whole nother field of usage.

Eee, I have no clue what half the cards you mentioned actually do. XD I stopped playing a couple years ago and, before that, I stopped buying cards after the second or third set came out. D;

A monster that can't be killed by any other monster? That reminds me of one of the Elf Swordsman cards (aka "Celtic Guardian") in one of the JP sets - its effect was that it can't be killed by any monster with an attack of 2000+ or something. So just apply a couple stat boosting cards, and you're pretty much made. 8D My deck seems to primarily work around monster effects and support card combos like that. 8O

My favorite cards were the ones that automatically destroy other monsters, like "dark hole", "man-eater bug", etc. There's nothing more fun than when your opponent finally summons his/her badass monster of doom and you flip a "trap hole" card...

My absolute favorite though, was "steel scorpion." It was one of the first cards I ever got, and it was a vicious monster destroyer...I remember once I was playing my brother, and his "axe of despair" boosted "summoned skull" was ripping my monsters apart. The expression on his face was priceless when he realized he had just destroyed my little scorpion. His best monster was going to the graveyard in three turns, and there was nothin' he could do to stop it...XD

@ Fayore: Boosting weak little monsters so they can utterly and completely kick your opponent's butt is the best part of any card game like YGO. Always. All the way ~.^

@ PhoenixAshes: My favorite monster-destruction card (aside from my cute adorable helpless little Cat's Ear Tribe of doom ^.^) is Offerings to the Doomed. Skip your next card draw and you get to destroy any monster on your enemy's side of the field. That is quick monster elimination.

I hate Dark Hole, though, because it kills all of your monsters as well, and I like my monsters Sad

Especially the hot ones like Harpie's Brother.

And Dark Paladin, and Arcane Archer of the Forest, and Neo the Magic Swordsman, and... ^.^

Hence why I get Jinzo out as soon as possible. My deck has a couple Witch of the Black Forest and Dreamsprites (?) for that, heh. And in the case that my opponent pulls out a Black Hole, I just whip out my Gravity Bind and Hayabusa Knight... :B Yeah. I mentioned that already but... :B Most of my other monsters have relatively high defense to stall while I get specific cards out, though that usually isn't necessary. :B

By the way, this guy I just saw (my brother was watching YGO just now) was doing kind of what we were just talking about--I don't know what his name was, but he was this weird kind of hippy-guy who used Mokey-Mokeys as his main monster. He did all this multi-card stuff with Mokey-Mokey King, Mokey-Mokey Smackdown, and I don't remember what else. It was pretty cool. The guy was pretty funny in and of himself, as well...

Point was, he was beating up Jaden using a bunch of Mokey-Mokeys and Happy Lovers. It was awesome.

Mokey-Mokeys are these tiny little Fairy creatures with 300 attack and 100 defense. They look kind of like blank-faced pillows with question marks on their heads. They are...well, pretty weak. But with the cards this guy was using, they were really kicking butt. Mokey-Mokey Smackdown boosts them up to 3000 attack power. It was pretty darn cool.

That game was hard, if only because it broke all conventional rules and went on its own.

And no. Black Meteor Dragon was made of rape and win (3500|2000). Took me forever to get the blasted card, though. :[

As long as I was in the fandom, I only played 3 YGO games, all for the GBA. x: Eternal Duelist Soul, The Sacred Cards, and Reshef of Destruction.

I got Reshef in Japanese before it came out in America. Took me forever to beat 'cause I only had a vaaaague clue of what was going on. 8D

My favorite card in that game was the Phoenix Ra. Blahblahblah, you could waste three summons to put it on the field, but it's special effect is that if it's sent to the graveyard, normal Ra is summoned to the field automatically. So I'd just discard it as soon as I got it. 8D That card made me happy.

My brother has Duelists of the Roses and Capsule Monsters. They're both somewhat interesting...Capsule Monsters appeals more to me, though, even though it wasn't really all that good. I loved kicking butt with Harpie Lady Sisters. But there weren't enough pieces in that game...

In Duelists of the Roses, my favorite cards were Maiden of the Moonlight, Lunar Queen Elzaim, and Moon Envoy. Seeing a trend?

I want a Moon Envoy. He's hot ~.^
