Thats what makes it so exciting. of course they want to stick to their "roots" in remeberance to what sonic is all about......[i]SPEED[/i]!!! Looks great![/b]

I'm a GREAT Sonic fan! I got most his games and I have the hots for Rouge and her big boobies! Mmmmmmm... Wink

I also like Shadow. He's cool as ice! Very Happy

But I really HATE Eggman! That big fatty lump of shit! He deserves to die! :x So I'm gonna kill Eggman by stabbing with a really big rusty butter knife! Twisted Evil

You scare me. Anyway, yes I am a Sonic fan. Maybe they should make a T.V. show that DOESEN'T ruin Sonic's reputation.

Ok, maybe not exactly "help", more like, ideas for characters that AREN'T ALL HEDGEHOGS!!! I hafta say that I like hedgehogs, but if they keep this up in about 50 years, they'll have at least 20 hedgehogs in that game

yeah, regarding earlier spam, the sad fact is, that -some- OC's(very rare) I've seen on the web are better designed than these new people that sega are pulling out of their butts every new game. I am pesonally fond of blaze from sonic rush, but i refuse to believe that anyone can run 700+ mph in heels. regardless, i think sega's trying to cover all their bases with the animal kingdom. they have reptiles, insects, mammals and now birds. fish is all that's left now.

the only good that can come of this is just in case dic decides to throw another god-awful sonic toon on the air, they'll have models for all types of anthros and wont put in the horrible npc's that completely clash with the main chara designs.,

very true, i have noticed that alot. Well maybe in a sense their trying to add more interest to the game by allowing players to try as different animal characters for a whole different experience in the gameplay. Hard to tell what Sega is up to with all these new ideas being brought out into the next generation of Sonic. It can go both ways, either it can be a total bummer or it could go well and be a fun and new experience for everyone.*shrugs

Nobody really knows... although I agree about the hedgehog thing. At least they bought a new set of birds in in Sonic Riders. The last bird to be seen before Jet, Wave and Storm was Bean. Although I think Jet looks like a mixture between Manic and Bean. ^^;

Sonic Riders isn't like the other games released in the Sonic collection. Usually, you'll have to collect items and things like Chaos Emeralds on foot. You have to race and come first to move on, although after you finish the Babylon story, the final story (which is put as part of the Babylon story), is quite a weird one. Still... it was a good game.

well i hadnt played it yet, but it still looked pretty good. It was a different game style from most Sonic games.

I is a well put together game. It emphasises speed with just enough control to keep you from plummeting to your death. Sadly, it's why Sonic purists keep panning it. Pitiful, seeing as how it's what they've been whining for all along.
