Another of my self explainatory threads.
Just say where you get your inspiration from. I get mine from:

TV shows, like Firefly,
Movies, like, naturally, Serenity, Domino, Lord of the Rings...
Music, basically, anything that fits the mood of what I'm writing,
Books, usually some of what I'm reading at the time filters into what I'm writing, but not a lot.
Games. Yeah, I admit. Video games are good when it comes to describing fights. Hell, some games have a lot of good storylines and ideas.[/list:u] _________________ You'll get a PS3 for this game...

Believe it or not, I get my insiration from school. There are some interesting people there, that's how my book started. I was bored in chemistry and on the verge of sleeping, therefore Kyoko was too.
I can't seem to get inspiration from movies, it just doesn't work well with me. Music and books do, but movies...nope. |

i usually get my inspiration from action movies that include acrobatic-based style of combat, and i also get encouraged following the storyline of various RPG games i've played in my life. Thanks to my inspirations, i can now write my own battle scenes. |

Just about anything, really, except gym class. No wait... that was inspired by gym class...
Music
Movies (depends on the genre though)
School
People
Etc. _________________ Best Quote Ever: "B&."- Said by multiple people.

Who inspired me definetely as a writer was Barry Eisler--genius, he is, and (at first) Robert Ludlum, who I grew out of in 7th grade because I realized that his plots basically repeat themselves ad nauseum.
Music is a huge inspiration for me. It just helps paint a picture in my mind, and I follow what I see and just write it down. Music just is a great booster for me.
Real life, as well. Watching people has turned out to be more useful than originally expected. There is so much drama all the time around us, and we fail to see it, instead trying to nail something far more "Hollywoodish". I mean, most of my muses have been snatched up as I've walked downtown just observing people. _________________ What does it all MEAN? |

My inspiration comes randomly if I like it I get inspired, basically. Like right now I'm obsessed with DP, though last month and the month before it was X-mne Evo. and before the YuGiOh, along with random movies, songs pictures, things people say... It's really impossible for me not to get inspiration at least twice a day when I'm at school... _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. |

From people around me. From new acquantinces. From meeting old friends from, say, 4 to 5 years ago. At times, games, but not usually. Movies, pretty much. Music can help quite a bit too. My inspiration sources are limited. _________________ I speak only at the most opportune of moments. |

I get my inspiration from music, and the things in movies that interested me. _________________ It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.
How long did it take my brother to defeat those characters using Yoshi? Two minutes.
I like to obsess over stuff. Here are all the things I'm obsessing over:
Song: Seize the Day by Default
Anime: D.Gray Man
Anime character(s): Kanda
Video Game: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Video Game character: Wolf O-Donnell from Star Fox Assault
OC: Ray Eclrida, copyright of me (duh!)

Has anyone ever been inspired by dreams?
When I am, I find that they're pretty sweet ideas. Hence my love of nightmares _________________ You'll get a PS3 for this game...

Yes, actually. The mind is quite a scary place when it wants to be. _________________ What does it all MEAN? |

Sometimes, but that's because my deams tend to continue what I was thinking before I fell asleep (example: A few nights ago I was thinking about an RP I started/fanfic I'm working on and ended up seeing the intire store in my dreams. It's just to bad I forgot, like half of it...) _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. |

Crud, forgot to mention that (I'm all about dreams, and I forgot to mention them, how bad of me). Yes, I get inspired by them. _________________ It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.

Me, I'm inspired by a lot of random things. Sometimes by school, though that isn't often. Half my characters are based on friends or myself. LOL. And I get a lot of ideas in dreams or when I'm half asleep. Sometimes things just pop out of nowhere. LOL. Strange, ne? |

Very few of my friends are worthy to have characters based on them. It's mean to say that, but it's true.
However, it does happen.
One of my characters, for instance, is called Paige, and is based around a girl I know and , called KJ, or Kaige for short. I call her the latter. Black hair, dark eyes, beautiful smile, pierced tongue, sexy style...
