And by heaviest you mean what exactly? Loudest? Most distorted guitars? Most inane screaming? The one you think is the coolest, as topics like these often end up?

If you indeed mean loudest, that award literally goes to Manowar.

I generally dislike extremely "heavy" music, since past a certain point it becomes pure distortion, so I won't vote. Hate all but two of those on the list, anyway.

Put Rage Against the Machine and Slayer on there. Those are both loud.

Rage- Distortion, screaming, full blast bass

Slayer- all of the above and more

Same as Fallen. I only like Nirvana and Metallica(old).

wow I only like one band up there and that is limited to a few songs....hmmm you could add a lot too the list, but the bands you probebly never heard of! so I vote other..hahaha.

for just nice bone crunchin' wanna put someone under the back tires of your car and burnout I still like Black Sabath's Paranoid, but Sabath Bloody Sabath is good too.
