adding fanwork

the site won't let me add my book... it says it doesn't know what type of document or something... I've tried with wordperfect and wordpad, and it still doesn't work... what's wrong?

I've had this problem on several occations (I AM a story writer, after all). They are usually at random.

This one is easy; try submitting them at another time. It may not work today, but tomorrow it could. Three days the most.

HOWEVER! If it persists, you either have worse luck then me (and that's an awful amount), or there is a real problem with the connection.

Still, there are ways to solve this. You don't need to change word processors such as wordpad and wordperfect. It means the type of document. When you click on "Save as" in Wordpad, for example, there's "File name" and under that is "Save as type". Save as type is the key. The default (for me) is Rich Text Format. This is what they're looking for. This means "Type of document". FAC only accepts a certain amount of them, though that's a lot. Change your type of document to "Rich Text Format" or anything else by going to your book and clicking on "Save as". Then you can change the type of document there.

This should work. If not, let me know.

[color=black][size=18][size=12][size=18]this I my first time add art work since the whole remodeling. when I try and add I art work the only one that well load is the picture and crop but when I go submit it load and everything but when it done nothing show up no the picture so I can set it all up like the name and everything it just goes back to the being with the whole browse and submit thing I don't know what to do and I new to the Forum thing so if I did it wrong sorry. Here's your problem: I can't locate your profile, nightwish635. It does not appear in the search, so maybe your pic hasn't been clearified yet. Just wait for a bit. It takes the admin guys about a day to look over your artwork. Check in again at a later time to see if your pic is in yet.

Sorry I was thinking of a different name that I have for a different website try angleofdeath sorry about that again I wasnt thinking boy do I feel really stupid.
But i did check and my art that i submitted still is not there i don't wanna sound impatient but they don't even know the name of my art cuase i never got the write the name or the rating or anything like that it just goes back to the start before i even get a chance to do that. ok know that you know the right name maybe that well help .sorry!!!!!
