ok, anyone who actually has heard of this stuff would know all about it. It was made by David Belle and is basically agility skills. it consist of JUMPING OFF WALLS (OMG). and you know tha matrix? its basically like that ^^

it is also like REAL NINJAS (ok i know that sounded lame but its cool). i am currently doing trainning sessions for it and it is awsome. its soo cool to watch the advanced people. they can even run up walls and do back flips off it!!!!! well, enjoy ^^ and get into parkour ^^

Parkour is illegal in a lot of areas in Montreal and some places in Europe.

But yeah, very cool sport. You can find videos of it online if you look...like on Youtube. I've seen some amazing things done by these people.

Yamakazi was made by the guys who apparently started that. not sure but it's nice and I saw a documentary about that. Some stuff they do is pretty risky. One of them jumped two stories high and didn't get a single scratch.

Well...If I had known so many people liked it, I would've put the fricken' topic in 'Random' instead of 'Sports'.

Parkous is great...but it's not always about that Matrix bullshit. It's about flow, beauty and making everything smooth. And that takes time. I'm still struggling with tic-tacs and king-kongs--mind you that tic-tacing up the side of a building looks terrifiying.

It's a great sport, but it's so overhyped. It's not about looking cool...It's about really moving with the stuff around you.

(Ugh. Major yuppie/hippie moment right there.)
