help please?

I would like to receive help, the reason is that I have submited a picture 5 days ago and it hasn't being validated or rejected, the same thing happends with a friend of mine, her name is yexix01, but she has being waiting for more than a week.

The approval process doesn't take THAT long. Chances are your submission was rejected, but your notice of it was lost in the mail.

Make [b]absolutely sure[/b] that you can receive e-mail notifications from [b]bounce@fanart-central.net[/b] , and that they are not going to be auto-deleted or sorted as spam. We can't stress this enough.

Strata, about the email alerts and all... I'm starting to worry about them.
I do get the emails from FAC I believe, but I'm not sure if it's all of them. I tend to get quite a lot because I have a lot of artists favved, but lately, some of them are showing up in my bulk folder. [I use Yahoo, btw]
I'm wondering if Yahoo will begin auto-deleting some of these files, and if so, if there's any way I can make sure they're not.
I was visiting an artist on my favs list recently, only to find that they had 3 new pics up for over a week already that I'd never seen before, though I'd checked my email daily.
There's a small chance I could've over-looked them by accident, but I'd just like to make sure that it isn't happening, as these alerts really are quite useful to me.

Do you have any tips on how to take care of this, or just suggestions?

If thats the case, then I don't know why it was rejected, it has no offencive content, I'll try to submitt it again

I know. We're working on expanding PM support to the main site, and automatic notifications are one thing that I really want to see integrated via PM's. I know I get [i]my[/i] notifications just fine, but we're seeing TOO MANY PROBLEMS with people not getting their notifications through and having problems because of that.

That's a really good idea, but you would have to tell that to everybody because there's people who does not know that the PM exists.

Yeah Strata, getting those fixed, however it's done, will really help.
