I LUV evanescence!! i got there new cd the day it came out. i luv there new songs! my favorite are [i]Lacrymosa[/i] and [i]Lose Control.[/i]
[b]r there any other evanescence fans out there?!?! [/b] i want to know who else out there thinks evanescence is the [b]best band ever![/b] plz talk to me evanscences fans!!!!

Not the best band ever, but really cool rhythm section. I like the way they use the piano in their songs. Really has a nice touch.
Not a fan of Amy Lee because of her live performances.

Nothing to get exicitred over. Just another band that got singed to label 'case they would sell to whiny emo "goth" brats. Nothing special, shitty lyrics and singing. The Rythme seciton is more the nhalfassed, I will admit though.

I really like Evanesnence *sheilds self* I just bought their new CD the other day too! I like the song "Snow White Queen". I have to admit Amy's live singing sin't the greatest. Half the time you can't even understand what she is saying, but I still think her voice is nice. She's not a bad person. I don't see why everyone rags on her.

I didn't go cause i couldn't go to them :/ The band is great on first cd, but i don't know from the newest one tought... i simply dont have it. But i see what i can do about that new cd some time.

YES!! finnaly another evanescence fan!! i agree wit u. i dont know y everyone says that amy lee is such a bad person... she just different than otheres. if u dont like her then u dont like her... u dont have to go and shouted it out to the world!!

Sadly, in your case, that's what topics in forums are for.
You did ask, after all. She may not be a bad person, but she's not the greatest, and she's hit pretty hard when it comes to live performances.

i didnt buy the cd i have no money but im going 2 have my friend burn it 4 me then i have her burn me the other evanescence cd cuz all i gots is the anywhere but home tour cd. yeh its awesome i have only heard call me when ur sober but i liked it it wuz awesome.

Truth hurts? It's just the cold hard facts about her as a performer. I can't help it if fangirls wanna glorify her as the anti-britney, but she's a cardboard cutout backed by a machine-generated voice.

she used to be good, but now, shes just kinda dragging it down with self pity from bad relationships with men. i mean almost all of her songs have to do with blaming a guy for some crap he did, whining how the relasionship didnt turn out 'quite her way'.
