There's always something that makes us love a series. It can often be basic things like characters and story or the bold animation and interesting use of colors- but alot of times, things like that mean jack shit.

I'm talking about the little things that make you like something. It can have something to do with the way it's animated, or a trait a character has. "Moe" factor, really. In this thread, we discuss-in detail, no lists- what drives us absolutely CRAZY when it's used.

Note: This isn't just limited to people characters. You can discuss something you think is awesome in the background, or if you like a certain way an animal acts, or even go so broad as a setting that drives you wild. Hell, even the way something is colored can set you off.

edit: oshi-- maybe I should've put this in serious discussion. Craap. Can someone move it?

For me, I'd have to say those really big attacks that take ages to charge up. I don't care how many times I see them, they're always just as cool as the first time. Very Happy

Facial expressions. I always find myself enjoying things more if the characters have really animated, sometimes even over-the-top facial expressions. I can't stand really static faces, and if an anime has that, it better have a damn good storyline to back it up.

Anime Characters being happy-go-lucky and being Jackass at the same time amuses me to no end.

I'm a fag and like series when I like the voice actors in 'em. OH YEAH BAYB

That guy who does Tamaki or Light is really becoming one of my favourites. That guy's great, considering how those characters are polar opposites. 8O

Other va I like would probably include Koyasu Takehito and Midorikawa Hikaru. o3o; And Paku Romi, for good measure.

And that one english-speaking chick who does Jr.'s (or Sheyenne, if I need to pull up a non-vg role) voice. ~<3

I quite like this beast.

This is actually a very tough question now that I think about it. Hmmmm. Kindof Coinciding with Joou's, I quite like sudden changes in expression. Not like "oh. wow. his lips are curving" but more like a total change. For humor purposes or not (though it's usually the former). Here's an example:

Oh yeeeeah.

..There's more but I can't really think of them all on the spot 8O
