I miss all of the million dollar big budget videos of the 90's.

I think my favourite overall is the All about the Benjamin's video by Puff Daddy and his gang.

that 3-million video thing by Janet Jackson, just because I keep laughing at how ridiculous it looks and sound while spending so much money for piece of video.

Ok....I get that it's cool for all kids 18-29 to be moderately interested in GG Allin...but where the fuck did it come from? Another myspace trend? 'Cause for the most part it's not much better than the 'underground' douchebags who only like shitty indie groups just so they can say they're non-commercial (aka too shitty to be commercial). Bunch of mostly dudes huddled around a computer going "omg lolz expoze urself to kidz! LMAO SO FUNNY!"

He's a somewhat amusing person, but good lord...it's like a less annoying version of the Che Guevara trend.

Haha, I love that video! I just find it so cheesy it's entertaining. :3

Kimi ni Negai wo - Miyavi
It's like a Van Gogh painting... on crack. Cool

Mizerable - Gackt
It baffles me. I like it.

The Video for "Love Song for a Vampire" by Annie Lenox scares me but it ROX!!

the video from the 80's, it would be "The Riddle" by Nik Kershaw
It's like a funhouse plus Alice In Wonderland, I swear I saw Tweedledee and Tweeduldum in it!! rar. Nik-sensei's videos are love.

I just saw the video for It Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race by Fall Out Boy. It's so funny! They basically make fun of themselves.

Honestly... i have yet to see a music video(I don't really watch them that much) that hasn't involved the band members basically playing the song, plus random location changes. pop music vids in general are worlds worse though, and i say this with a confidence that people will agree with me.

I admit to seeing and liking some of Creed's video's if only because they had such grand landscapes and weren't typical pop music videos. The fact remains that i still have yet to see a video that contains visuals that mesh well with the lyrics.

I do enjoy watching japanese music videos, especially visual kei ones. They are absurd beyond belief. The getups the band members wear are really reminiscent of the glam-metal days, only with girls, and they're in space watching mice try to diffuse a bomb or some other nonsense.

Motley Crue's You're All I Need. The band isn't even in it (originally). Much to the dismay of the label.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5MUT4f6q68

They finally gave in and added a couple little flashes of the band, but they originally weren't there at all. Motley's good at compromising about videos and getting most of what they want.
