Well. All the other stuff I tried (masks, creams, etc.) haven't worked. I might give it a shot someday. Confused

Is this all about looks? Because if it is, you shouldn't hate yourself because your skin looks ugly. Looks are only the surface. That's probably also why I don't bother with skin care.

Wrinkles are inevitable.

People always give these little magic potions and expensive crap to help people with acne. :/

I just rub hot water all over my face in the shower to open up my pores, and when I get out, I rub rubbing alcohol onto my face (while trying not to inhale, of course). The first time I did that, my acne was gone within two days and it hasn't come back since.

Screw these expensive creams; the poor-man's way triumphs over all.

EDIT:

No really. If your girlfriend/boyfriend can't like you, acne and all, perhaps he/she shouldn't be your girl/boyfriend. Because he/she would only be liking you for your looks. Same goes with other friends and people.

Thanks to whoever it was who recommended Proactiv. I got it for Christmas. ^_^

I used to have a reddish acne rash across the side of my face, and it's gone. Smile

Thanks a lot!

I used to use seabreeze which helped, but I never really had it that bad to begin with, I've got other skin problems to worry about (like psoriasis).

Oddly enough, lately the LESS I wash my face and stuff (just splash some water on it, none of that scrubbing) the happier my skin seems to be. Of course I'm also not a fan of makeup so I don't have all that clogging my pores.

One thing that is really usefull though is this new Olay Mini-Peel Thermal wash-cream stuff that you use a couple times in a row to peel off the dead skin and get the effect of getting a mini-peel professionally done. Rub it on extra heavy where the zit is and its dried out on the first wash, then wait a day and do it again, and keep repeating for a day or two and its all peeled off with nothing but fresh skin remaining!
or to look like you've stepped out from the 80s
Speak for yourself. Cool I'd love to be as pretty as those boys.

If someone doesn't wash the makeup off, they deserve whatever happens to their skin. And if their hygiene is that poor, it's probably not the makeup doing the most damage in the first place.

Yeah, some people wear too much makeup, some fat girls wear clothes that are way too small, some guys wear lame XXL clothes, lots of people just suck when it comes to their appearance.

But it's not the fault of the products, merely how the individual chooses to use them.

Here's an idea....RTFM on the products!

Or even better.....stop worrying so much about what you can MAKE yourself look like and start walking around with a face that actually belongs to you! Believe it or not there are a lot of guys (or gals if you swing that way) that don't like a lot of makeup and would rather just see your true beauty!!

In the not-so-well-spoken words of my boyfriend: I'd rather see [someone's] real face than one with a big glob of cover-up over some pimple. Rolling Eyes
