What do you do with the games you don't play anymore? Are you one of those people who keeps them, just in case you decide to play it again? Or do you sell them off to friends/shops/suckers when you're sick of it? And what about old consoles? Is it the same for them? Let's hear your thoughts.

Personally I trade them in at game shops for money off new titles. It's not much of a deal when you think about it, but it's free space which is how I look at it. Couple I wish I never sold though. Sad In terms of consoles though, I don't think I've ever sold one off. They tend to just die of neglect.

I just keep them. I like to have a large collection of everything, plus it's fun to pull out your old games once in a while.

Mostly keep. I've only rarely traded a few of my games and I have to think that they're really crap for me to do that.
As for consoles, haven't gotten rid of any. Still have the oldest nintendo, put it over at nan's place to play when I have to go on dull visits.

I used to, but when I finally got the urge to replay the games I slapped myself in the face multiple times.

So now I keep everything. I learned the hard way I suppose :l

I've never sold or traded any of my games; I just can't let go of them. o_o; I replay my games all the time (the ones I really love, anyway - mostly psx games). I had to get a replacement for my FFT once because I'd played it so many times, the disk got fucked over. o3o;

+i always think, "man, maybe I'll want to play it again one day" or, in the case that I never finished/played in the first place, "man, maybe one day I'll play it and finish it."

I never sell my games... I love them all far too dearly... almost like they are my own children <3

Plus... do you know how awsome to tell people that yes I have the first editions of NES Zelda and Zelda II... the ones that are shiny and gold... and WITH the original manuals ~_^

heh... It's pretty sweet <3

Plus I sometimes get nostalgic and play then Very Happy

I gathered about $30 worth of games and equipment that I didn't need any more and sold it as credit towards Twilight Princess. I did have to make some hard decisions but, in the end it was worth it.

I just can't let go of the games for a reason that is lost to me. From time to time, I pop in Megaman X5 or something to that degree and just play whatever the hell I feel like playing. FFT is always a good thing to play when I'm feeling especially bored, however, I'm stuck at a stage at the moment. Damn Time Mages.
