Actually he just slides his finger all accross the guitar. Probobly doesnt know how to press on the next fret with his next finger.

I don't like scremo bands or AVENGE SEVENFOLD. God, I hate them. They are the worst band ever. All the bands that where named fall behind these people. Plus, I like most of the band you guys said. Well I havent listened to Panic! At the Disco yet, but, my sister is making me listen to it today. Im quite open on bands, so long as they're fairly good and have meaningful songs to some degree. Avenge Sevenfolds songs all sound the same and the singer has an annoying voice.

Everytime you post like this, it shows exactly how little you look into the subject you post about.
He can pick sweep with moderate skill, which means these things:
- He can solo moderately well. It takes knowledge of arpeggios and scales to sweep well. Otherwise, you sound terrible.
- He has fast fingers.
- He has good coordination.
- He can definitely press down on the next fret with his other finger. While sweeping down at least 3 strings, nonetheless.
If he can do this effectively, that means he knows music theory, and from what I've heard from him just dickin' around, he can put it to good use.
The case is not the fuckin' guitarist here, it's the band. It's one more common case of some punk-pop band with no imagination that just happens to have one good member who shouldn't be there.
