but Best IMO Gran Turismo 4.

This is a useless topic. You should have narrowed it down into to one console in particular or atleast a generation.

Of the games I've played, best is Resident Evil 4. Worst is... not sure.

And.. agreeing with the poster above. I think very, very old games should be excluded from this discussion.

Best game graphics: Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Super smooth, if a little cartoony, graphics; hardly any loading times, wonderful animations...
Worst game graphics: Virtua Fighter 1. Look, I know it was early days and all that, but the damn thing looked too blocky, too pointy, and frankly, I found the first Tekken had better graphics to it, than the first VF

Worst graphics, ever, on any platform, now and forever: nethack

Oddly enough, nethack is also the most complex, most detailed RPG ever made, gameplay wise. At its current rate, other RPGs will take another 10 years before they even touch nethack in terms of gameplay.

Worst: Fatal Frame II
Best: Viva Pinata
Why: While Fatal Frame II had one awesome plotline, the graphics were a bit sketchy sometimes. The colors looked pixelated and sloppy in some FMV sequences, and that ruined the Director's Cut version for me.

Viva Pinata has awesome graphics. The pinatas actually LOOK like papery creations, and the shadow details are good too. The sound is superb, and I just want to gobble the candy they drop. >>;

The worst graphics I have ever seen is in a game called Drake of the 99 dragons for the PS2...

However, the best graphics are in my opinion Sonic the Hedgehog for the 360...

Worst: Fur Fighters
Best: Do unreleased games count? Assuming not: Lost Planet

Fur Fighters was cartoony. And don't get me wrong, it was a great game, plot was a bit crap but gameple was good. The graphics were slurred, corny, tacky, slow. Don't even get me started on the control system.

Lost Planet was just too pretty. Seeing it in motion is like I dunno...Watching a knife slice through butter? The frame-rate was just brilliant (Considering the amont of action going on on-screen at one time) but really some of the locations really didn't stretch the graphics much furhter than layer white snow. Still very pretty!
