haha, those are pretty normal then. if they did something like Yugi or the Dark magician or um... kuriboh, i would be a little scared XP

I called my hamster Hamtaro but for short he was Hammy.

I don't think I'd ever name my pet after an anime character. I have a cat named Zelda tho... but that doesn't really count since she's named after a game^^

I've had a hamster called Miho(from Yu-Gi-Oh the first series), and a guinea pig called Kisara(from Yu-Gi-Oh).

Currently I have a hamster called Marino.. But that's a video game character(from Megaman X Command Mission).
