Ya, Moses went up Mount Sinai for forty days and forty nights. The Israelites didn't think he would come back to them so they asked his brother to make gods for them which was strictly condemned. When Moses returned he saw that they were worshipping the Golden Calf. God told him he was going to kill them because the people were corrupt. Moses got angry at them, broke the 10 Commandments out of frusteration and than the people were punished. Seriously. Did you not know that? Are you that stupid?

Also, it doesn't matter what religion i'm from. The point is, you have zero knowledge about the Bible. And what you said about Jesus proved it to me. Do you really think that God came down and had sex with Mary? No. That's just stupid. He made her become pregnant but she didn't have to have intercourse to do it. That's why she gained the title "Virgin Mary" in the first place. Come on... I don't even want to argue with you anymore. EVERYONE knows that. It doesn't matter if you're Christian or not.

i know the bible better than you can imagine! ofcourse i know about moses and the stone tables, aharon didn't tell them to do the golden calf, levi didn't join the making of the calf, neither did the women, that's why the women got the celebration of rosh chodesh (begining of the month) and how dare you think i'm stupid! just because the school gave you the new testament LOAD OF CRAP which has no proof what so ever, does not make you smarter than me! you may think that if the new testament has no proof, then the old testament also doesn't have proof, but i'll have you know, that when the hebrews were given the ten commandments they were 600,000 men not including women and men not within the ages of 20-50, which means there were over a million people who all past the bible from father to son, and if that's not enough for you, then you might as well say that titanic and holocaust also didn't happen.
plus, who was there to know that mary didn't have an affair with josef BEFORE marriage. now write that on your lunch box!

You make yourself sound even more retarded with each post by arguing thing's that aren't even being discussed. I never argued that the old testament wasn't real. I don't care. I take the Bible at face value. A book of stories from the past relating to one Supreme Being. People, such as yourself, let it dictate everything they do and look at all the "factual accuracy" of it but all that does is get in the way of you're actual knowledge of it.

I don't believe that Mary was a virgin. It's impossible. She probably did it up the butt or something. The semen got into her passage and got her pregnant. She probably said that she 'magically' got pregnant from the gods because she didn't want to get punished for adultury.

i know g-d can create every thing, and he can make people pregnant, but the story of mary is not true, they say that an angel came to her, there are only a very little amount of people that saw angels, and she wasn't one of them. and g-d doesn't make women pregnant with a POOF! or by a kiss on the cheek, but he made miricles in a hidden way.

Eh. You seem so sure that the Old Testament is true and the New Testament is false. They seem to me to be equally unbelievable, and therefore equally believable. You said earlier that you had good, hard evidence that the Old Testament is completely true, despite the numerous times in which it contradicts itself. What is that proof?

And what is this "g-d" thing? Is it unholy for you to type "God" or "god" or is it just some awful typo that you keep making?

A rabbi is one of the last people I'd ask about something related to religion. Why not ask and unbiased (or as unbiased as possible) person who has had years of study in a variety of religions?

Why the fuck do you think you can get away with dictating who can and can't see angels? Also, why the fuck would that be dependant on the person? If an angel wanted himself to be seen than why wouldn't he just allow himself to be seen? Like in Sodom and Gomorah when the angels went to visit Lot (i'm not 100% on this story), all the men came and crowded around Lot's house because they saw the angels enter and wanted to have sex with them.

the story about lot is true, they were dressed as normal people, they didn't know they were angels. some of the people that saw angels didn't know they were.
