Boy, I see the shows on today (mind you, I don't have cable) and I'm so sad because most of it is complete and utter s**t. I miss Pinky and the Brain (narf!) Animaniacs and oh so much more.
Does anyone even remember those shows, or am I an old fogey trapped in a freshman's body?

I grew up on Pinky and the Brain. D: Looney Tunes, lol. Animaniacs. Soooo many good cartoons back in the day.

...

Strangely enough, I think some channels around here still show them (CARE BEARS on YTV @ ~10:30 AM PACIFIC, lol). But I never get to see them 'cause of school.

Try Toon Disney in the Morning, I've seen some of those on there.

Do you know how long its been since I've heard some of these shows? *sigh* Reminiscing happy thoughts right now.
there's a lot of crap on today, so sometimes I watch PBS like Arthur and Seseme Street. *shakes head* Good ol' Seseme Street ain't what it used to be. Did you hear there were going to make Cookie Monster eat vegtables and "eat healthy?" The nerve! Grr!

Awwwwwww I love Toon Disney. It's just to bad that Pepper Ann is on such difficult times...........I used to love The Weekenders.
Over here we get Arther through BBC channels.
I like to watch POP sometimes and watch the old Mario series Rolling eyes

There used to be a Mario series? Jeez, not having cable has made me miss out an a lot. On the other hand, instead of having 500 hundred channels with nothing on, I only have about twenty.
I like Arthur. I liked Doug too.
And of course Animaniacs. How could you go wrong w/ Yakko, Wakko and Dot? Who's everybody's favorite Seseme St. character?

Wish Pepper Ann was still on too, that was great. I don't have that satalite or speacal cable stuff, so I can only get Cartoon Network, Disney Channal, and Nick. Sucks, cause all three got rid of shows I loved.
Disney: Pepper Ann, Dark Wing Duck
Nick: Gargoyals, Angery Beavers, Invader Zim, Aaaaah Real monsters, Rocco's Mondern Life, Pinky and the Brain, Animaniacs, Ren and Stimpy, Tinny Toons
Cartoon Network: Freakazoid, Animaniacs, speed racer, Thunder Cats, Godzilla (even thought that wasn't a great one)

Nick is the one I'm most mad at, like every good show. They just kick off, and move to the other nick channels. Or Cancel, like they Did Zim. Man Zim had so much that was going to happen. Vasquez had like 6 seasons planed, ending it all with a movie. Be awesome if Spike or something, picked up the show like they Did with Ren and Stimpy. Upping the rating level, so JTHM fans can see more of Jhonen's true greatness. Not the watered down kiddie stuff.

Seseme St? The Count, and Oscer. I love Vampires, and Oscer had the cute, grumpyness. He just needs love, Wormy is his closest friend. (or was it slimy?)

Oh, and those aliens, the ones that would always go "yep yep yep yep, uh huh, uh huh"

Pinky and the Brain is the only cartoon my little brother watched that didn't make me want to shoot him in the head.

I was a Beetle Juice baby. Only kids cartoon I ever watched.

Ah, Pinky and the Brain... such memories! I really want that theme song.

I wish I had cable. Then I wouldn't be stuck with a choice of talk shows, soapies or butchered 4Kids anime.

The Nick Channel has Ren and Stimpy? AND Pinky and the Brain?

Excuse me while I whine to my parentals.

Pinky and the Brain was a great cartoon. I still have the Christmas special recorded on VHS.

So many people haven't seen Loony Toons. How could you not?
