That's the only one I know (Afro).
Problem: Follow the logic here...
1. Most anime/mangas take place in Japan
2. Japan is a very homogeneous country
3. So you can imagine what happens next.
And if that isn't the reason...well, this might be pretty stupid but...if you were drawing a manga, wouldn't it be a lot less expensive toner-wise to have a light-skinned character?
