Disappearing comments?

Okay, earlier I received a notice about a new comment and a response to a comment on one of my pictures (In the Arms of the Vampire King). But, when I clicked on the link to get a look, I could only see the comments that had been there before: no new comments to be seen. I tried refreshing the page numerous times, but nothing changed. Did the commentor in question delete both comment and response?

I'm also having a similar problem on my profile page. (A short 'conversation' with Chrno refuses to show up, unless I click the link that says 'Show all Comments').

Help!

Its a reply to a reply, if the pic doesn't have over 10 comments, change the link to http://www.fanart-central.net/pic_full-xxxxx.html
