This is a thread for everyone at FAC to come together and express their sympathies, grief and sorrow for the recent massacre that involved the death of 33 people at Virginia Tech University. |

I first heard about the event when my mom left a message on my cell phone. She said something like, "I don't know if you've heard, but there's been a shooting..." The first thing I thought was, "Oh my god, what happened to my dad?!" because he works in a post office and there was that famous shooting all those years ago. Then my mom mentioned Virgina Tech, and I could only imagine that every parent with a child there felt the same moment of shock I did after hearing about a shooting. I honestly cried on Monday for all the parents who's kids had just spoken to them the earlier day, telling them about their good grades or how they were looking forward to seeing their families over the summer, and all the sisters and brothers who had one less sibling to talk to. If anything ever happened to my sister like that... I couldn't imagine living without her. I feel so sad for all the victims. _________________ |

We had to do a moment of silence for the victims one day this week in school.
It's sad. Those survivors are probably scared to go to school now. |

What's the Antarctic and Virginia got in common?
They're both minus 33. |

hah hah lol........
its a sad thing that happened. I really do feel bad for those poor people. now i'm all paranoid that i might get shot at school.
i alwasy keep a knife ready to throw at someone who comes in the door. Since where i go. There are no windows to get out of. there is only the door where the killer would enter in..... _________________ I'm a bit silly on the goofy side on nonsense. ^_^ |
