How many times have the guys in your drawings been mistaken for females, or vise versa. And how many times were you unsure weather a pic you were looking at was of a male or female? I've seen quite a few people mix up. ^_-

Well it's gotten to the pont that my brother will actually ask the gender of the character I'm drawing before making a comment on it

I have one word. Sesshomaru.

I like to draw him (A lot) and when my friends look at my drawings they're like, "Wow that a pretty girl!" I get so pissed because I have to tell them it's a guy. they don't believe me though. I can't help that he's got a feminin build.

Sesshomaru kinda does look like a girl, and so does Sai from Hikaru No Go if you ask me, he has both ears pierced, wears lipstick and even talks like a girl! OMG!!! It is sooooo strange!

There's a guy like that in my school. I think he's gay, which is a pity, 'cos he's hot. *-*

I get it a lot, but the fact I get comments of "she's kinda hot" when I wear this shirt...I figure it's not my fault. I love dem pretty boys. Very Happy

a lot of people thought an inuyasha pic i did was a girl. a drawing i have of marrow from xmen is ALWAYS being mistaken for a guy. argh that one annoys me. i think it's because she's kinda muscley

ahahaha uhh yea sure she is "kinda hot" fallen. lol what do the guys say when you tell them it's a man? or maybe you can just let them keep thinking he's a girl

"Yeah, and guess what else. "Her" cock's bigger than yours, too." Cool Lots of talk that "she" likes the California boys quite a bit these days, anyway, so hey...let 'em try to hook up with "her".

Don't aim for perfection. Aim to have a good time. :)

Me though, I guess I'm a bit of both. I try to get the early/concept sketches as "perfect" as I can, but when I color it in... I just want it to look cool when it's done.

I don't draw people, mostly critters and creatures; their appearances are largely androgynous and could be either. But when it comes to the dragons I draw, I will correct anyone who doesn't identify their gender properly Wink

Ah, but without knowing that males have horns and females do not, how is one to tell? ;)

Like Strata, I mostly draw critters. And my critters are pretty asexual-looking. I mean, really, cats don't look any different if they're male or female. A little heavier in the eyebrows, a little more jaw, but no average person is gonna get down on the ground to look a cat in the face and declare with all certainty, "This cat's a MAN, BABY!"

So, a lot of my female critters get called male.

Yeah. With most furry critters, the only way to tell is by what's on the critter's underside.

Now with feathery or scaly critters, those are just about impossible to tell apart by looks alone.
Heh.... when I read a manga of Hikaru no Go, I totally thought Sai was a woman. But when I found out that he was a guy, I freaked out. lol
that reminded me of an arguement i had with my friends a while back, inspired by a pic of Sai in a Shonen Jump magazine. it took me about two hours to finally convince them that Sai is not female, no matter how femme he looks.

and yea, sesshomaru is incredibly femme, but then again, if he wasn't then i wouldn't have so much fun teasing my sesshomaru-obsessive friend about how he wears eyeshadow.

some pictures of ToniBo have not been thought of as a guy (I hope) but I get some of the strangest reactions from my pics of big Bo! her face, bust, and waist are unmistakable for a woman, but its that she is the strongest of the four Angels, and her arms, legs, and lats that throw some people to either wonder or say ewww!

shes just a very powerful woman! the muscle of Bo the feminin Bo
same girl in different poses

I wonder if I posted this one on FAC how people would react!
Who's Cornered Who

or a picture still needing to finish "Girl Power":
(oh, I forgot to mention what very voice sounds like too. Petula Clark's. she has a baby voice so besides only being 5'4" she also sounds like a baby. no one takes her serious till its to late!
