Hentai in galleries

I just wanna start out by saying that the new layout is quite impressive. I'm glad the moderators of this site actually care about putting effort into making the site better as time goes on.

My complaint is in the area of hentai works. I myself am a hentai artist, with my gallery (albeit a small gallery) being made up of about 50% hentai works. My problem is that with the new layout, hentai pics are, by default, blocked out entirely; before, the gallery showed that the picture was submitted, but didn't show the actual pic in the thumbnail. Of course I can understand the reason for the change. But, what I've noticed is that I don't get my pictures viewed/commented on at all anymore. I have one picture that has had 17,000 viewings in the old system, but now it gets no hits. The filters that are put in place are backwards, in my mind. The galleries should by default show everything. The users should be the ones to turn the filters [i]on[/i], rather than the users being the ones who turn them [i]off[/i].

My suggestion is that the old way of doing things return, so that way [i]everyone's[/i] pictures show up by default, with offensive ones having a censored thumbnail. If people don't want the pics to show up at all, they can turn the filters on so that they don't see them.
