I just hate when PETA and whoever blames farms for being cruel and junk. Especially when they say something like that about a dairy farm, of all things. My dad grew up on one, I grew up visiting one every week for my whole childhood, and there's nothing wrong with the way a local farm raises and cares for their dairy cows ;([/quote]

Actually on the mass production farms there is cruelty, but who really cares?
It's just a bunch of animals.

vegetarian animals digest plants about eight times at minimum to extract the nutrients from it, or puny stomach can't compare to that... but we digest meat almost fully

Only because of the terrible conditions of the animals at slaughterhouses.
and I am not a member of PETA

because they are insane.

If I could be sure animals were treated well and in humane conditions in order to be consumed, I would eat meat.
But alas, no.

Not really where I live.
I'm pretty close to L.A., so basically it's all suburbs or major cities. Not a lot of farms with animals. Also, I just can't trust if they are killed humanely or not. I'd prefer to just kill my own meat, but err I don't have the stomach for it.

I don't know why people say they couldn't be a vegitarian; it isn't that hard. Sure, you might have to take some protein suppliments and eat a lot of veggies, but it isn't really that hard.

People don't even need to really no meat, even cutting their meat consumption in half could make things easier. If there was less demand for meat, then slaughterhouses could probably have the time to treat animals humanely.

I choose to be a meat-eater because I just don't like limiting choices of foodstuff. I agree that people should reduce meat in their diet mostly because they aren't eating them right, and it would mean less work for me.


I just sliced heart cap muscles of 20 cows into little tiny slices of steaks, fucking annoying.

Well most grocery stores get their meat from slaughterhouses in which the conditions are terrible.
i.e. cramped spaces, cows getting killed by having their throats slit.

It's really only small farms where butchers usually get their meat, or having killed them on their own that treat them humanely.

I just really wish people would reduce the amount of meat they eat, they don't need to eliminate it completely, but reducing it could easily relieve the meat demand.

Plus, plenty Americans eat too much meat anyway. They kinda need to reduce it.
