Its an adorable show about a guy thats been transformed into a litttle boy via a mysterous person and a syrenge containing a mystious de-ageing syrum. 
He has to solve mystoies with his classmates in order to save the day  ...He also has to find who de-aged him. <_<

| Yeah i love that anime. It's very cute. I have to admit when they first announced it on adult swim i was like " Oh boy....another crappy anime" Then i watched it and i was very surprised. Not bad at all for an anime that old ^___^ I love it =D |
