Oh... uh sorry ... um... one of the people in charge. And I think you guys getting more help would be a great idea. It would take a lot of stress off of you people. XD And yes I know what you mean about controlling a site. Oi Va. I'm so busy on mine I think I'll get more help on mine as well.

Okay pictures are taking forever to get put on again... 14 hour wait... question who really approves pictures? Is it a computer or people? I've always wondered that.

A lot of people submit pictures everyday, you know. And they have to go through those as well.

I don't know the statistics, but I'd guess approximately 100 a day.

I have an idea that might help relieve backups on the APQ, but it's a bit controversial so it would require further discussion.

You've also got to take into consideration that, the people approving these pictures have jobs and lives of their own.

Sometimes life gets the better part of your time.

14 Hours.....Back when I was still in the screening stage I had to wait an average of 48 hours, even now, when I submit content to a supervised category I have to wait an average of 72 hours. Quit belly aching, 14 hours is absolutely nothing compared to some.

The last time I calculated statistics on the APQ, incoming images averaged at right about 80 images a day not including abnormally high surges. There have been several surges this numerical year that of 200 and 300+ images in a day but those are not common enough to calculate.

However there have been substantial changes in the approval system over the past month that will greatly change these statistics and I have not had the opportunity to really do any calculating on this simply because I am not alone any more, Thankfully.

Okay um... pictures... right...well it's quiet in this topic and I hate complaining but man pics sure do take a bit to get on... Oh now I know what I wanted to ask. Why does it take some people's art longer to get on then others?

I don't believe we take applications for the pictures AP.
