every 10-12-20 seconds it skips a song, for example:
im playing lets say (sic) by slipknot, then it switches over to eyeless in the next like 10 seconds, i didnt messs with its replay or eqaulizer, anyone have an idea of whats wrong with it? any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you are using windows media player, you may need to reinstall it.
I would also check the track times on your songs.

had to return it, its main parrt thingy (im not good at technology) was messed up.

Sometimes some players have a 'taste' function or whatever you want to call it... it plays the first parts of a song, then skips, so you can listen to the starts and decide to play the full thing or not. Doesn't sound like what you have going on but it does happen.
