Speaking of banning, is there really any appropriate place to go if you catch a member of FC breaking one of the listed rules? It's not stealing of art, because I know where to direct that obviously. But our mods can only do so much, I try to help clean out this place as much as I can.

So would anyone know what I should do? Email cstdenis? Make a post here?

If it's concerning the rules, yep, email Denis.

As for you being banned, no one is banned forever unless they're being destructive or fail to behave after being banned several times. Your IP will eventually be removed from the list, if it hasn't already.
