rp locked?

Hey why is the one rp forum section locked? Seemed odd as the others are all open

One of the users had been making multiple accounts because his first account was banned for trolling. His subsequent accounts were banned for multiaccounting a troll.

I'm sure that in addition to the IP problems you have, writing styles can be compared for proof.

Because that user kept creating those accounts just so that he could complete an RP, Strata locked down the entire area so that he would lose reason to return here and continue trolling while waiting for the other users in the RP to post.

((Well, I HOPE my reasoning's right. And yes, I would like it unblocked, but Strata doesn't have concrete proof that the aforementioned user won't return.))

I'm not snitching. I'm citing what Strata posted. That IS the reason the forum was locked. I don't exactly enjoy the fact that I can't RP. And why the heck would I bother an admin? They've got to deal with the rest of the folk on this site - the RP area is about a party of five.
And it is not your say as to what Sarah and Adrian do. If you're so against me, you should not take in others. Two fires just makes one burnt forest.
Besides, why do you think I let AC take over the 'literal' part of the 'project'? I was guessing 7:3 that he'd write in something for you.

I don't understand why they locked rp.

Strata could have literally had the easiest banning job in the world, just banning whoever continued on with SolarisAutism's rp.

It's like 42 pages in, no one joins a forum to continue for someone else.

Banning is a lot more work than it used to be, people need to get it through their heads that a ban means they are not alowd to access the site any more. We don't want to keep banning people, it's a pain in the ass. Once a user is banned they need to stay gone.

I agree with brian, it is like placing a bear trap in one tent while a whole buffet of food is sprawled out for all of the bear to get to. If you lock one part the troll will just run over to another part of the thread and talk. u_u

Also alot more people are probly yelling too (The people in an orc's adventure for example, it's not just us of terra corrupt whom are posting, we are just on more )

Please if someone will listen, me and bcc and adrian had an idea (If solaris is up for it instead of risking himself getting banned again.)

We were hoping so adrian doesnt get chewed out by solaris (For screwing up his oc's reactions and characteristics) that solaris could SPEAK THROUGH adrian in the roleplay when adrian sends posts to him through yahoo instant messenger or MSN. That way, adrian doesnt get mistaked for solaris and end up getting banned.

Does that sound alright or is that a no? Note Solaris will only respond through adrian in the rpg part of the forum because adrian will be taking on Solaris's characters besides his own OCs. Otherwise he is talking normally on other parts of the forum ok?

The point of this is simple, One person ruins the whole thing for everyone. It's not the the parent who took away the toy tyou should be mad at, it's the kid who got the toy taken away from the group you should be mad at. In other words it is solaris you should be mad at not the site administration and moderating staff. When Solaris was banned his RPing days on FAC where over. That does not mean he continue to RP through a mediator or sockpuppet. As long as you guys continue to accept banned users this is the kind ot thing that will happen.
