Damn that's a good color shading job. Ah tis good to see the oldschool pokemon still are drawn to this day. Most people usually forget them when a new pokemon game comes out. x3

I like it too, very good job on the backround especially. It can be a very hard task to perfect snow to where it doesnt look like a bunch of blobs. xP

I would suggest the artist to be feautured too, but they don't really have alot of art on yet. and there was just a new featured artist put on.

Sorry, this picture is a little old, but I hope there's still a chance it could go into the featured category. I've never seen this style of coloring before. He/she seems to make a wired guideline and color different closed areas with different colors. It's amazing.
