Yeah but he heals himself afterwards cause he gets MP from getting damaged. But if I remove that he'll be a sitting duck. I wanna see him get knocked out, just cause im damn bored. xD

EDIT: Took forever due to all his damn defense but Riku dropped after being swarmed by beserker nobodies. And he did come back after 45 seconds....now that aint fun, why cant they stay knocked out? Dx

Also I think im going to keep beserker charge, helps me zoom in on seph's ass when he's far away with his guard dropped. But dammit! I am doing everything you say guys, smacking him a few times and running, but the trickey ass is still getting me with his dirty stunts. It's that teleporting of his that's ticking me off, yeah im wayyy outta practice. Also before you ask, maxed out all the helping ablities such as super glide, quick dash, and double high jump.

Grah might as well keep trying since Im dead bored. I beat him a few times before, I can do it again. xP and im level 82 before you ask.

I said 10 mins or less, meaning no more than 10 mins. Don't forget that seph has like 15 health bars. And your average boss usually takes like 3 or 5 mins for like 6 bars.

Smacking seph a few times and running is very bad advice, because you are just gonna end up smacked right back. You gotta guard and then attack, then he won't rebound. When he is teleporting around, I find it best to let him hit you into the air once and then do the retaliating slash on him straight after. Constantly keep autolock on or this won't work.

Why does everybody find super glide so helpful in the kh seph fight? It was just a pain in the ass for me.

I never use guard. You can't say what I do is bad advice when the battle is extremely easy for me. Why the hell would your way be to let him hit you? Like whoever else said, you can easily get 3 bars down without ever getting hit.

Same here, using trinity limit knocks the 3 bars down right away with me, plus if you use quick dash, you can zoom off before he has a chance to retaliate. And I use guard every now and then against the orbs, otherwise I just run and wait for an opening for when he uses that 13 slash combo.

This was done at Level 55 on Proud Mode with the Decisive Pumpkin. All forms fully levelled.

The first time I tried to defeat Sephiroth was at level 46. Many people claimed he was easier on KH2, so I thought I'd give it a shot. After blocking the first Flash, Sora was out after Sephiroth's first ground combo O.O

I've found Sephiroth to be VERY cunning in KH2. Although his attacks can be easy to guard/evade/counter, he can mix up (O.O) his attack patterns and catch me off guard every now and then. No one battle is ever the same for me with this guy. In KH, the player initiates most of the attacking whilst Sephiroth tends to counter a lot. In KH2, Sephiroth tends to initiate the attacking more leaving narrow time margins for you to counter successfully. If you miss your windows of opportunity, you've gotta wait for the next one. You will also get punished (BIG TIME) for making small mistakes. This was certainly not the case in KH.

This is one of my typical battles with the KH2 Sephiroth that demonstrates my playing style. Apart from getting sapped by a heartless angel XD and getting caught with his (annoying) ground combo, end game, this is how I normally beat him. You will notice in the last phase that I shorten my aerial combos and head for the cliff edge. This is because I don't like being in the middle when he initiates his glide-slash. His glide-slash launches a perfect semi-circular approach. On the jagged cliff edge, he tends to get stuck XD At the end you will notice him use his cunning to change his approach and attempt to nail me from the center of the battle ground O.O

KH2 Sephiroth wasn't bad at all. I beat him, and I never got past 50 or some shit.

Shit's just knowing how to hard counter stuff.

His teleporting is the only thing that knocks me off my focus. I constantly have to keep running with him. I learn that if you dont pressure him, he'll hardly use that fire pillar attack. But yeah i'm going to take another whack at him later, i've got a new stratagy in mind. Quick dash and double high jump for the win. xP
Superglide can screw you over though if you abuse it, cause that leaves him open to use that fatal flash step attack if you are still in the air and unable to block. That's usually how he kills me =3=

Another KH based topic: Vanitas; his connection to Ventus; WHAT IS IT? I've been reading it's that he's Ventus's unverse.

I think ive posted enough tips for this but I feel I must tell you this.

There are only 3 scenarios were you should be in the air against sephiroth in KH2.

1-he uses the heartless angel curse
2-he uses meteor
3-he knocks you into the air.

Any other time, and the only thing your doing is opening yourself up for an attack.

Yeah part of my stratagy is not going to superglide. Plus when he DOES (He's hardly laying a finger on me now due to whoring out the square button) knock me into the air, I counter slap him 3 times and land fast so he doesnt try to teleport and use Flash step (aka 13 hit attack)
It'll probly take a few hundred tries since i'm still out of practice, but at least it will give my nephew something to watch since he's probly coming over today.

Also again with Vanitas, I somewhat understand his connection to Ventus if he IS his unverse...but WHY the hell does he look like SORA? Sora's 9 ish in the game and Vanitas is the same age as Ven..duh. But why couldnt he look like Ventus if he has the connection with HIM and not Sora? It's either a foreshadowing of what's to come in KH3 reconnect kingdom Hearts, or Tetsuya's probly getting lazy and recoloring like most of the sonic fans nowadays. jk xP -bricked by angry sonic fans-

YES! Finally beat the sneaky mofo! Took four tries though. Pretty much did what everyone said, and quick dashed like hell. But when he got into his purple glowing phase, I unleashed trinity limit, ran off, used an elixer, rinse repeat.

I beat him before, but I just wanted to get back into practice...and tis sad that Xemnas is weaker, took me less than 20 min to kick his ass...and I was holding back. xD

My earlier post, but there HAS to be a reason Vanitas looks like Sora, after all there was a reason Ventus looked like Roxas (That being he IS roxas)

I smell a situation of a repeat of Aniken Skywalker going Darth vador when it comes to Sora in the 3rd game. But I could be wrong, who knows. xP
