Don't you guys use Yoshi for the Homerun Contest? (Obviously you have to if you wanna go that frickin far.) You have to inflict over 180% damage before you can unleash the bat, it's hard but I've done it. Need help for that?

Try using Yoshi's Down + A attack in the air. Have you already done that?

Takes alot of practice. ALOT. You'd probably wanna split your head open after messing up a couple of times. I did. :wacko:

I used yoshi to get as far as I did (2,356) Also if you good you can use fox. Rapidly pish his B button to shoot the bag. Only problem is you can't let fox take a break. If you see him put away his gun to recharge, forget about it. You have to push fast enough to attack nonstop for at least 8-9 seconds.

Yoshi hits the furthest. Fox will only surpass at least 1500 ft. or so if done correctly.

I use Link almost all the time because he has great melee attacks and some of the best projectiles out of all the characters.

A cool trick with Pikachu that I do (when I do decide to use Pikachu,) is when somebody is charging towards you, jump over them and press Down + B so that you're charging your Thunder attack in the air. When you land on the ground, you will use Thunder and be able to shock the opponent easier. It's useful because it's so easy to dodge Thunder.

I pwn with Jigglypuff. I don't actually win, 'cause I suck at the game. My goal during a match is to put every other player to sleep simultaneously and keep them that way for as long as possible. My running best is about 4 min. Everyone just happened to be on the same platform at the same time and I let it rip. No one could move. Everyone just tries to stay away from me because thats all I do, and they all hate me. ^_^

when it comes to this game i mean its so awesome i can't ever comprehend what it was like to have the idea first.

my cuz and i....when i play link and my cuz play's pikachu.....were practically unbeatable there.....just think of the possibilities....

i mean think if they combined all the character's from other video games with smash bro's melee...i mean imagine a real fight between sonic/mario/lara croft/ and sora.... :wub: the possibilities of mixin all the game character's into one full game would rock my mind.... Cool
