I'm guessing that it'll end either around chapter 60 or so, or perhaps it'll just go to the end of the series (as I get the feeling that it's going to end soon. Maybe only a few more chapters...).

I read the scanlations of DN online at http://www.stoptazmo.com . Damn handy scanlation site. :3 They just need to get up the last 2 chapters...

If I'm correct, there should already be about 103 or 104 chapters out for Death Note. Not positive though. :\(I believe it's still going)

I agree that it's a bit too early to make a movie...an anime should be out before the movie. ^^;

edit: And I think a Death Note anime would be terrible. There's too much talking, not enough movement and action. It's probably more suited to be a live action, to be honest.

I see. xD I'm not a crazy fan for Death Note so I don't keep track of the chapters that are out.

That's kinda true about the anime part...I guess that's why there is a live-action movie instead of an anime.
